ARDuino DIN enclosure is a very basic project , I use the THT components that are easy to sold for a diy user. All the components are easy to find in the market and the single chip controller is the same used in ArduinoUNO.
Stackable boards normally used in the Arduino environment can not fit this board due to the limited room of Din enclose, meanwhile this system can fit different Din enclosure like 3 , 4 , or 6 module with different I/O and display capabilities.
Before show Din version and some possible standalone version, I would like to highlight some characteristics of this project spending some words around the PCB:
It is a single board (148 x 102 mm).
Basically the board can be divided in two parts, top is the display and keyboard, bottom is the controller plus the relay board. If used as they are both fit a 6 din module enclosure as shows in some picture above
The controller board can be divided vertically in two parts:
left is the controller
right the relay module
as you can see from the picture below
As a result there are several possibilities:
-Module size 6
8 analog in
6 relay ( 4 NO and 2 NO or NC )
7 open collector output
2x16 lcd display
3 Large Key
Here the final result, the two components are just two NTC to test the board.
Note that the connector related to open collector output are not mounted because I don't need it for the first project......

This picture shows a 4 module din version .
Version 3 din module are narrow and so the three large key on the right are missed, display is the same and there are 3 small key around the display.

Standalone main board and display ( 2x16 Char).
Display is mounted on the back ( soldering size) of the main board, note that below the display there are 3 push switch mounted on soldering part of main board.
This solution has this capabilities :
8 analog in
3 open collector out
3 push switch
2x 16 char display
size is around 82x 51 mm
